Therapy is for everyone, whether you’ve experienced trauma, want to learn skills to better your relationships, or regulate your own emotions and reactions. As your therapist, I will meet you exactly where you are without judgment. I will provide a safe and empathic place where you are able to explore and deepen your connection to yourself, as well as building and strengthening your connection with others.
