Being human is hard. We face unexpected challenges, grapple with confusing thoughts and emotions, and navigate interpersonal conflict. These obstacles are often confounded by a pressure to understand ourselves and make meaningful, "right" choices. Although it can feel exhausting and hopeless to deal with life's hardships, you do not have to traverse them alone. Through an empathetic, creative, and personalized approach, I offer my clients a pathway to growth and self-compassion in a chaotic world. I am an eclectic clinician who employs a variety of treatment types to support my clients, and we will work collaboratively to explore which combination will be most effective for your individual needs. I utilize techniques such as CBT, IFS, and ACT, all of which can be enhanced by my specializations in expressive arts + somatic experiencing (SE).
