The mission of this practice is to work together to help best understand yourself, as well as the deconstruction of the systems around you that may be impacting you. I work specifically with the LGBTQIA+ population on navigating life changes and managing the stress of living in our late-stage capitalistic society. I also enjoy helping clients navigate past traumas and understand how these experiences continue to show up today.
