Have you ever been told "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade."? Now no hate towards lemonade but sometimes the "lemons" life throws aren't lemons at all. They're bricks or bowling balls. The "lemons" are stopping you from feeling the joy you deserve. They're keeping old wounds open and making it hard to navigate relationships. Sometimes the "lemons" are being thrown so fast, you can't even leave the house anymore. That's where I come in. I offer a safe and open space for you to untangle, heal, grow, and rest. I welcome you to be yourself no matter what that may look like. I believe strongly in the power of joy and humor and my approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity.
