I am a licensed therapist with ten years of experience working with children and adults affected by trauma. With a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and specialized training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I am equipped to address the complex needs of trauma survivors. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to share their stories and work through their trauma. By incorporating EMDR and CBT into treatment plans, I help clients reprocess traumatic memories, manage symptoms, and develop resilience.
