If you're here because life feels overwhelming, confusing, or just plain exhausting—you’re in the right place. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating bipolar disorder, BPD, ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and long-term mental health maintenance. I also support individuals and families navigating addiction, substance use, grief, loss, and those raising (or being) kids with ADHD. I also work with couples and families to strengthen communication and connection. My style is warm, relaxed, and yes—humor is welcome here. Healing is work, but it doesn’t have to feel like punishment.
