We are not made to do life alone, and I am here to support you in your journey of healing. My therapeutic style is collaborative and I tailor treatment to your specific needs. I have specialty training in Gestalt therapy which emphasizes your unique experience, a focus on the present, the environment, and our therapeutic relationship. I use multiple disciplines in my work, including utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy.
