I seek to help clients struggling with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma/PTSD, Grief/Loss and Anger Management through a combination of tried scientifically proven healing methods and ancient western practices. I look to accompany my clients through their grief, and gain better understanding of their conflicts, so that they can confront them with greater ease and facilitate healing in all aspects of their lives. I truly live by the notion that knowledge is power, I seek to empower my clients by guiding them through their journey and giving them the tools to successfully grow through their experiences.
