My name is Carlos Velazquez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience. As a clinician, my goal is to help you discover who you really are, what it takes to be fulfilled, and how to live life to its fullest. I enjoy working and helping those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and or relationship issues. The type of therapies I feel are most effective are called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
