Counseling is a personal choice that takes strength and courage. I work to assist clients in finding solutions for healing in an individualized approach. I provide a non-judgmental, genuine and trustworthy environment for healing and change. I greatly enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, depression, life transitions/changes, self-esteem struggles, grief, trauma, and body image issues. I fully recognize that everyone's journey is different, and I value that greatly in my work with clients and seek to provide a personalized experience in therapy.
