My name is Carly and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for over 10 years. My primary focus is substance abuse, but I have worked with all diagnosis at some capacity. I have experience in detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. My goal is to validate my clients experiences and life stressors and take a solution focused approach to reach a healthy level of acceptance with focus on what is in the clients control to move forward. Teaching coping skills and tools to implement in the real world, and best ability to live in the present.
