I rely on the therapeutic relationship being at the crux of change for the individuals and families I work with. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic response, relationship issues, or having difficulty adjusting to the chaos of the world, I'd be honored to help. I value working collaboratively with my clients to gain an understanding of where they are now and where they would like to be. I utilize an eclectic mix of treatment approaches that are always based in person-centered, strengths-based values. I utilize interventions ranging from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral to sensorimotor psychotherapy-based techniques. Treatment is customized to the needs and preferences of the client.
