Additionally, I work well with those struggling with self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Not only do I use an integrated approach to treat trauma and the symptoms that come with it, but I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy & EMDR. This therapy modality emphasizes building safety, developing resiliency, and processing in a way that is manageable for you.
