Maybe you’ve spent years masking, pushing through overwhelm, or being told you’re “too much” or “not enough.” For neurodivergent adults, daily life can bring chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, relationship strain, and burnout that’s hard to explain to others. Parents of neurodivergent children and teens often feel the weight just as heavily, trying to support their child while navigating schools, systems, and constant advocacy. My background spans community mental health, school-based collaboration, crisis response, and in-home support. I work primarily from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
