Carly specializes in working couples using Gottman Method Couples Therapy to improve communication and guide them towards re-connection and fulfillment in their relationship. Carly also specializes in trauma therapy and is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
