Hi, I’m Carly—a licensed clinical therapist based in NY and the founder of HopePath: Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in treating OCD and related anxiety disorders for individuals of all ages using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My work is also deeply rooted in the belief that hope can be a powerful tool in treatment—helping clients find meaning, resilience, and a path forward even in the midst of uncertainty. In addition to my work, I also supervise interns who's work is grounded in the same evidence-based care and emphasizes meaning-making and self-discovery.
