I enjoy helping people uncover the layers behind their behaviors, and I've worked with substance use, anger management, addictive and impulsive behaviors, anxiety, and personality disorders for the last 8 years. I work with teens and adults to help connect individuals back to themselves, placing them in a better position to navigate life's hardships. I also work with couples, whether the goal is to strengthen the relationship or navigate relational turbulence (or both!) Finally, I work with individuals dealing with low self-worth and co-dependency, and can help uncover old wounds that contribute to our adult choices.
