As a passionate clinical social worker, I am here to join you on your mental health journey. I focus on building a strong partnership with each person I work with, and together we will focus on goals that are your top priority. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from young kiddos to older adults, and I recognize the excitement and challenges each life stage may bring. My career has been dedicated to servicing individuals who face a variety of challenges including mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, and psychosis diagnoses, trauma experiences, shifting family dynamics, and more. Creating a safe and non-judgmental space tailored to your preferences is my top priority. I use a range of techniques including cognitive-based therapies to improve thoughts and mood, behavioral-based interventions to build healthy coping skills, play and expressive art therapy to engage kiddos, and more. Together, we will create a plan that fits you.
