I have five years of experience providing compassionate and effective counseling services to diverse individuals such as adolescents, adults, the elderly, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, mainly building off of an Emotion-Focused framework. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues and fertility, low self-esteem, trauma, parenting and family challenges, addiction, medical illness, and relationship struggles. Therapy with me will be a dialogue between us. I listen attentively and intervene actively, making the most of our time in session.
