Carly is a Clinical Trainee, who has been practicing with Lifestance Health since 2019. She graduated from Winona State University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Carly believes in using an eclectic approach to therapy and specializes in working with children/teens and their families. She currently works primarily within the South Washington County School District and provides individual therapy during the school day. Her main areas of focus include depression and anxiety as well as trauma work through the use of the TF-CBT and ARC treatment programs. In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She loves to experience new things in her community and often finds various ways to show her creative side through different artistic outlets inside and outside of the workplace.
