As changes and transitions happen, sometimes unexpectedly, we do the best we can to manage those interruptions when they occur. I would like to help each individual, couple, and family achieve the level of change they believe is necessary to improve, not only individually, but as they relate to others. I believe that sometimes we can become "stuck" during challenges and transitions, which may cause discomfort, but we possess the resiliency to move forward to live the life we desire.
