As a counselor, I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults in individual counseling. In my office I provide a safe and comfortable environment that fosters a trusting relationship. Throughout life we experience a variety of events that block us from living with openness, compassion, and our authentic self. I practice from an approach that values each person as the expert of their life, I listen without judgement, and focus on the client's strengths to provide a variety of therapy techniques to meet their individual needs.
