Driven by a commitment to combat the stigma surrounding mental health, especially within communities of color, I embarked on my therapeutic journey. As a first-generation Mexican American therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive approach to my practice. Employing modalities such as Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT, Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, relationship issues, self-esteem, and work-life balance for clients of all ages.
