I am a Licensed Counselor in Washington and Illinois and I enjoy working with people who genuinely want more. I work exclusively with the following individuals: people who are invested on working on their psychological trauma(s); people who seek to understand and function from a peak performance platform (athletes, entrepreneurs, artists); "gifted and talented" individuals, in any domain; and first responders. Most of the time, the best work in therapy occurs at the foundational level - Lifestyle Medicine - in service of reaching peak potential. Given the right variables, the work of therapy has the potential to be life-changing.
