The mental health journey is a difficult one, but not impossible or one you have to do alone. As a mental health clinician I'd like to be a stepping stone in your healing. Stepping stone because I'd like to help you on the journey, and provide tools for you to be self-sufficient. My approach to helping others is best summarized in the following quote; "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am , then I can change" by Carl Rogers . I work to help others truly, honestly and kindly see themselves. By doing so we then work to making the necessary and desired changes to live the life they hope for.
