We often just responding to a world that often asks too much and gives too little and among it all we find ourself carrying complex trauma, relational wounds, and looking for a way to feel safe enough to soften and reconnect. That's hard work to manage alone. I work with couples. They are often caregivers, advocates, or deep feelers who are tired of pretending everything is okay while they suffer in silence. Together, we work on rebuilding trust and connection through attachment oriented therapies.
