Welcome! As a licensed psychotherapist, I've been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. Additionally, I offer clinical supervision. My work is grounded in the belief that people are best able to make changes when they feel supported, safe, and understood. I believe that my main role, as a therapist, is to create a safe place to examine what is and isn’t working for you in your life. I see the counseling relationship as a collaborative process, one that supports you in pursuing a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. I welcome clients of all races, ethnicities, genders and sexual orientations.
