I am a Certified EMDR Therapist specializing in trauma. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can discuss and resolve your concerns. I am exceptionally well-trained and experienced in treating people who have difficulties stemming from traumatic events such as childhood maltreatment, sexual abuse, accidents, assaults, and more. Treatment methods are individualized and vary depending on the particular issues. My ideal client is interested in learning, growing, motivated, and prepared to engage in the challenging work of psychotherapy. I also love helping couples strengthen their relationship.
