I am an EMDR Certified Therapist & EMDRIA-Approved Consultant who specializes in the treatment of trauma and dissociation. I believe that healing from trauma is possible (as opposed to just learning how to cope with post-traumatic symptoms). I consider therapy a collaborative, creative process. Clinically, I am warm, active, innovative and data-driven. While my main frame is EMDR relational therapy, I often find it helpful to incorporate deep brain reorienting (DBR), guided visualizations, clinical hypnosis, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, TF-CBT, EFT, mindfulness, the FLASH technique and polyvagal exercises into treatment.
