About
After a strong focus on health, military resiliency, and witnessing different levels of mental health challenges, I noticed an increase in trauma responses and client's caution to the safety of therapy. I practice helping children and adults cope with trauma-responses and unhealthy generational beliefs about mental health disease; help women veterans cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; and provide spiritual counseling. I provide strategies for behavior modification and trauma recovery with people from multiple ethnicities. My goal is to continue to provide healthy strategies to navigate trauma and mental illness stigmas.
