I have been trained in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a unique therapy strategy that can be effective, quick and promotes healing from within. I have also had training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Social Thinking, and am open to other non conventional practices.
