Welcome! People go through many life experiences and at various times struggle with issues of change,loss, conflict,or the feeling of something missing or incomplete in their lives. A search for greater balance, flexibility, and an inner peace is needed to ultimately reach a greater stage of growth and happiness.Every individual is unique with their own history, characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, and personal goals. Psychotherapy is most benefical when it focuses on the unique individual and a genuine rapport exist between client and therapist. I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia and Ohio, and a National Certified Counselor. I have practiced psychotherapy since 1980 in community mental health centers, schools, psychiatric private practice, and private practice settings. I offer individual and group therapy in my practice.
