I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for the strength of the human spirit and the resiliency that can accompany it. It is my personal and clinical position that we all possess the innate power and strength to rise above the challenges we as human beings face. Everyone is unique in their own way, and it is my belief that the therapeutic process should be tailored to reflect that. A positive, open and nonjudgmental working-relationship is at the core of the healing journey. I am drawn to the power of EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Exposure Prevention Therapy all from a trauma-informed lens.
