These emotional issues could be depression, trauma, anxiety, divorce, grief, abuse, low-self esteem, etc. I draw from a host of treatment models that I believe will best suit your needs including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). One model is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) that's particular helpful in facilitating resolution of issues in a shorter amount of time.
