My goal, should we work together, is to help you realize your deepest hopes, dreams and heart's desires. I would work to assist you clear any blocks to achieving these goals. Some obstacles might be emotional such as depression, anxiety, grief, anger or guilt. Other issues might be more concrete such as career focus, assuming leadership, thriving with family and community and a special relationship which require strategy and coaching. I am a mature professional who has successfully navigated the many benchmarks of life. Therefore, I can assist you through these passages. I enjoy working with all ages. I am now a "senior citizen" and can assist those at that life stage make the most of this exciting time. I am well trained academically to provide psychotherapy. I tailor each client's needs from methods including classic psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, DBT, hypnosis and Christian Counseling.
