I’m drawn to therapy because I believe people deserve to feel understood, valued, and emotionally safe. Especially when life and relationships feel overwhelming. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are carrying stress, trauma, or disconnection and want something to change. My experience in the school system shaped how I understand emotional development and relationships over time, and I provide a warm, grounded space where healing, insight, and real growth can take root.
