Loneliness, the stresses of work and home life, and having unresolved conflicts with loved ones are just some factors that can impact your mental health. Many of us secretly wish we had someone who would listen to our thoughts and feeling without judging us. I provide a safe place for you to do that. I enjoy helping clients build self-esteem, navigate career or relationship challenges, process trauma or emotional neglect. I also help manage conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, grief and phobias. My background in school counseling equips me with skills to help parents of kids facing challenges.
