I love supporting humans managing life in today's society so rife with socio-political dysphoria, digital age challenges, compassion fatigue, and persisting pandemic related concerns. I thrive guiding conditionally licensed therapists in developing their art. As a LGBTQIA+ ally, who also has direct multicultural experience, and special education expertise, my eclectic approach combines evidence-based methods with a psychoanalytic, trauma informed foundation to support your personal, spiritual journey to your authentic Self through life transitions. My strength based, trauma informed, whole person, individualized, inquiry based care philosophy drives interventions. I feel the environment in which we live is a critical determinant in how we feel, act, live, learn and grow. I am a strong advocate for students and families in schools. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for all human beings to grow.
