I am an integrated and mindfulness oriented therapist who incorporates a wide range of therapeutic methods to assist people in achieving the life they want. I assist people struggling with relationships, transition, grief, anxiety, depression,and family conflict. My approach is collaborative, using intuitive knowledge along with cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic and psychodynamic therapy, brief therapy, positive and transpersonal psychology. Whatever the issue, we will work together to strengthen your resources, both inner and outer. We will work to give you a sense of empowerment and clarity in the midst of your struggle.
