It is a brand new year and sometimes that can be overwhelming. No matter the reason you think you may be in need of some assistance, I am a licensed mental health counselor with 25+ years of experience. My strength is in treating individuals with substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. Together, we can work to help you reach your goals, big or small, with understanding, feedback, guidance and empathetic listening, I have no doubt that we can get you where you need to be emotionally. I also work closely with the Florida Safety Council for anyone who has had a DUI and is in need of counseling.
