Together we will create a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be, using evidence-based therapies and tools that fit your style. Anxiety, depression, addiction, illness and relationship issues can drain our energy and make it difficult to stay hopeful. I like to bring in humor, music, meditation, mindfulness, journaling and drawing to reawaken your positivity and hope.
