My name is Carrie Reeves and I am the sole proprietor of Pneuma Counseling. I imagine my ideal client as someone desiring change and relief but finding themselves experiencing lingering patterns in behavior and complex emotions, making it difficult to reach personal goals. Whether encountering depression, anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, challenges in relationships, or living in fear related to trauma experiences; I continue to be inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and consider it a significant honor to walk through struggles with others.
