I will work closely with you to identify solutions to issues that are keeping you from living your best life. As an integrative therapist with a passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive I will work together with you to create and implement an inidivdual treatment plan that will clear your path to success. While talk therapy forms the foundation of my work, I also practice more interactive approaches for trauma-related conditions diagnoses, e.g.: Sexual Abuse Survivors (Male & Female Adults over 18 years old), Anxiety, Career Issues, Depression, Grief, Phobias & PTSD using EMDR, Cognitive Restructuring, Meditation, Mindfulness, Narrative & REBT protocols.
