My style is a warm client-centered, interactional style. I actively verbally engage in the therapy process with you, and blend traditional techniques with modern, I work holistically with a range of issues from anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and abuse, addictions, couples issues, parent guidance issues and more. I have been in private practice for many years, working both short term and long term with a variety of clients. Therapy is not lightly undertaken and often begins at very difficult life stages. It is my honor to hear your story and to help you move forward in the most positive manner possible.
