If you need direction and support solving a disturbing problem or managing an emotional state, I know that addressing this need quickly is important. I will meet with you within two to three days of your call. My approach to therapy is to focus initially on solving the problem in partnership with you quickly and efficiently. If this does not bring sufficient relief, I invite my clients into a longer deeper process of understanding the situation and its complexities. I encourage the use of communicating via email between sessions. I have evening and Saturday hours available to insure accessibility
