My name is Carol Fowlkes, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, CA seeing clients via Telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD utilizing holistic interventions and cognitive behavior therapy. I have found my approach to be a good fit for individuals currently at an impasse in life and are preparing for change. When change is happening, we oftentimes need to re-assess the tools we have used in the past and check in with our needs. The change we are not prepared for can take the form of anxiety, depression, and stress which impacts our overall functioning.
