I want to help people who want to help themselves to have a more joyful and hopeful life. My focus is on your strengths, as I believe if we focus on our strengths, it is easier to overcome our challenges. As a counselor and a former school counselor and teacher, I have worked with adults, teens and children from all walks of life, including military and their families. I am empathetic and compassionate. My goal is that you gain more hope when working with me. I am grateful for every client I work with.
