I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 17 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults, in individual, family and group therapy. As a client-centered and supportive therapist, I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and navigation through life's often difficult and surprising challenges. I believe that therapy can help anyone, child or adult, learn how to express ourselves more effectively and replace old, worn out habits with healthier coping skills so that we can begin to feel better as individuals and in our relationships.
