Hi there, I'm Carol! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am also a Doctor of Natural Medicine and specialize in holistic mental health therapy utilizing a mind-body-heart centered integrative approach in helping my clients learn the skills and tools that help them heal blockages of emotional dysregulation (anxiety, depression, and chronic stress). As a result, many of my clients are able to positively transform the way they show up in the world as balanced, confident, and healthy individuals equipped to achieve their life goals.
