Whether it's struggling to manage school and work, friends and family, or how to navigate dating. I have also helped adults who have experienced childhood trauma, complex family dynamics, estranged family and relationships, and people struggling to cope with their ADHD. I help people learn who they are and what they need so they can create the life they've always wanted by learning what they need to succeed.
